Basma Azizi, Tunisia Program Associate

Basma Azizi is the Program Associate for AIC’s Tunisia Office. Prior to AIC, Basma worked for one year as a guest relations specialist at the Moevenpick Hotel Gammarth Tunis. Basma completed her first year of master’s degree in literature from the University of Human and Social Sciences of Tunis as well as the 3rd degree in Hebrew language. She is still working on her master’s thesis. Previously, Basma served as translator for a famous Tunisian psychiatrist and then as a selling advisor at Haier’s company. She is fond of languages and theatre, and she participated in some plays. Basma has a passion for non-profit and volunteer work; she is a co-founder of Culture for Citizenship Association, a network of committed artists advocating for human rights and citizenship.
