Jill Holcomb, Director of Development, heads AIC’s development/fundraising department.  She develops funding strategies and manages AIC fundraising staff.  She has ten years of experience in non-profit development, fundraising, grants management, and database administration.  She has worked with a range of local and international non-profits in Washington, D.C. and Chicago.  She holds a B.A. from DePaul University and graduate work from The George Washington University. She serves on the Board of Directors of Columbian Women.
