D.C. Rentals

Opening its doors for the first time in October 2012, the AIC Center – D.C. provides a comfortable and convenient event facility. Located in the heart of downtown Washington, the Center offers the perfect venue for cultural events, author presentations, film and documentary screenings, panel discussions, board meetings, and more.

The AIC Center – D.C. works with you to create an inviting environment for your guests. The 1,300 square foot space accommodates up to:

  • 150 people for a reception
  • 60 people for a seated event

Additionally, the Center is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art audio/visual system that includes:

  • A moveable podium
  • Wireless microphones and mixer
  • Surround sound system
  • 92” Presentation screen
  • HD projector for computer and Blu-Ray
  • Wi-Fi

The Center also maintains a list of preferred food and beverage vendors, available to meet your catering needs. The Center can provide coffee and tea service.
