SOUL SISTERS screening with director and African Academy Award-Winner Rahman Oladigbolu
In honor of Black History Month, local Nigerian-American filmmaker Rahman Oladigbolu will host a special screening of his first feature film, SOUL SISTERS. Set and filmed in Boston, the film is informed in part by Oladigbolu’s own experience. SOUL SISTERS traces the intersecting paths of unlikely friends – a young Nigerian immigrant medical student and an African American college student trying to repair her parents’ ruptured marriage. Oladigbolu will appear for an exclusive Q&A session after the screening.
