Brands and companies in the U.S. are beginning to take notice of a growing and thriving market opportunity that not only is untapped, but also is receptive to those willing to engage. The American Muslim market is estimated to have a combined $125-200 billion in buying power this year. Population estimates vary widely (from about 3 million to 9 million), but it is clear that American Muslims across the country are having an impact on the economy and the communities they live in.

However, many companies, government agencies and organizations are unsure how to approach and engage American Muslims with their brands, programs and opportunities. With this in mind, AIC brought together experts in branding, emerging markets, demographics and engagement for a first-of-its-kind event in Washington, D.C.: “Faith, Money, Power: Leveraging the Buying Power and Influence of American Muslims.”
